Natalie grew up in Northern Alberta and attended Ryerson University in Toronto for Hospitality and Tourism. She is the founder of the Sustainable Events Forum and the owner of a DMC in Niagara. She is passionate about sustainability and supporting local solutions to global problems. Natalie is also the Past President of CanSPEP, the Canadian Society of Professional Event Planners.She is the recipient of numerous awards for her work in sustainable events, including the Events Industry Council Global Social Impact Award, The Joy Fox Award for Innovation and Excellence and the President's Award from Canadian Society of Professional Event Planners but what she finds most rewarding is helping you become a sustainable event professional!
